SupportTeam Report post Posted 03/20/2005 12:09 AM You can use the Audacity or CoolEdit software to do frequency analysis on recorded sound files to determine the frequencies of the busy/disconnect tones. Audacity ( http://audacity.sourceforge.net/ ) has a View->Plot Spectrum menu which will also show you the frequencies in a sound file. CoolEdit has now been purchased by Adobe and is known as "Audition", but the original software can still be downloaded from a number of places. Share this post Link to post
